The HealthSherpa dashboard is the main starting point within any HealthSherpa account. The dashboard can look different depending on the account type an agent is using, and it includes navigation pages, quick actions, and support tools.

Dashboard at a glance
When an agent logs in, the HealthSherpa account opens to the dashboard.
The dashboard displays:
Pages down the left-hand side
A Feedback button near the bottom of the left-hand navigation
The agent’s name and National Producer Number (NPN) at the top
The agent’s logo at the top (if a logo was uploaded)
The Help icon in the top right corner
The Gear icon in the top right corner
The Candy box icon in the top right corner
Start application, Search Marketplace, & Quote buttons along the top
A chat icon in the bottom right corner to message Agent Support
Pages
Pages appear down the left-hand side of the HealthSherpa dashboard. Available pages can vary depending on the HealthSherpa account type.
If an agent does not see a specific page, it typically means the page is not available for that account type or the agent does not have permission to access it.
Home
Home
The Home page is where an agent can find relevant notifications, news, reports, & helpful resources. Agents can choose to set the Home page as the default landing page when logging in.
Clients
Clients
The Clients page consumers connected to the HealthSherpa account who have successfully submitted an enrollment. The Clients page can be used to review application status, manage active renewals, & support ongoing service after enrollment.
Leads
Leads
The Leads page displays consumers connected to the HealthSherpa account who have started the plan shopping or application process but have not yet submitted an enrollment. Consumers listed on the Leads page automatically move to the Clients page after an enrollment is successfully submitted in the HealthSherpa account.
Exports
Exports
The Exports page provides access to reporting with different information depending on the export an agent chooses to generate. Many reports are available at the agent level from the Exports page. After an export report is generated, an agent is sent an email with a link to download the Comma Separated Values (CSV) export file, and an agent can also access exports history from the Exports page.
Insights
Insights
The Insights page allows agents to view productivity within the HealthSherpa account.
Bonuses
Bonuses
Agents have various ways to earn bonus dollars for enrollment activity within HealthSherpa. The Bonuses page is home to the Enrollee Assistance Program, Broker Bonuses, & a Medicare Referrals service. Agents can visit the Bonuses page to learn more about these programs & about getting paid for eligible enrollments.
Marketing
Marketing
The Marketing page is home to a free, customizable marketing link designed to help agents grow their book of business. When selected, an agent’s unique marketing link leads consumers to an branded enrollment website where consumers may quote to see available plans and enroll.
Agents can also use the Marketing page to upload a logo, if desired.
Consent
Consent
HealthSherpa provides tools to capture, store, & manage consumer consent & eligibility application review within the HealthSherpa account. From the Consent page, an agent can choose to collect consent before starting an application, search for consumers, view & download consent, plus more.
Settings
Settings
The Settings page may still appear for some agents, but has been retired. To update account information such as email address, password, & Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) username, an agent can go to Account settings within the Gear icon.
Help icon
The Help icon is located in the top right corner of the HealthSherpa dashboard, and includes several resources:

Help Center: Collection of articles about using the HealthSherpa account
Agent training: Join upcoming training sessions & watch recordings of previous sessions

Gear icon
The Gear icon is located in the top right corner of the HealthSherpa dashboard, and includes several functionalities.
Available functionalities can vary depending on the HealthSherpa account type. If an agent does not see a specific function, it typically means the function is not available for that account type or the agent does not have permission to access it.
Account settings: Update account information such as email address, password, Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) username, carrier settings, & more.
Carrier settings: The Carrier settings page has been relocated to the Account settings menu. To manage licensed states, appointed carriers, & Enrollee Assistance Program (EAP) carriers, agents can go to Account settings.
Support: Displays the phone number & email address for Agent Support, and hours of operation
Español: Translate the platform into Spanish
Agent Terms: View the HealthSherpa Agent Platform Global Terms of Use
Tools: Access the family glitch calculator
Log out: Log out of the HealthSherpa account
Candy box icon
The Candy box icon is located in the top right corner of the HealthSherpa dashboard. Agents can use the Candy box icon to navigate to the HealthSherpa for Medicare platform and return to the HealthSherpa dashboard.
Start application & Search Marketplace
The Start application & Search Marketplace features allow an agent to search the Marketplace for existing applications and bring them into the HealthSherpa dashboard to service. Agents can also use these features to start a new application for consumers who may need to do so.
Quote button
The Quote button allows an agent to support plan shopping before starting the application. Agents can use the Quote button when a consumer wishes to see available plans and prices prior to completing the application and submitting an enrollment.
