When logging into your HealthSherpa for Agents account, you will land on the Dashboard.

Dashboard overview
The Dashboard displays:
Several different tabs (known as “pages”) down the left-hand side
‘Feedback’ button on the bottom, left-hand side so you can provide product feedback whenever you choose
Your name and NPN at the top
Your logo - if you have chosen to upload one - at the top
Help icon in the top, right-hand corner
Gear icon in the top, right-hand corner
‘Start application,’ ‘Search Marketplace,’ and ‘Quote’ buttons along the top which provide you with quoting and enrollment functionality
Chat icon in the bottom, right-hand corner allowing you to chat with our Agent Support team
Pages
The Dashboard is home to many different tabs (known as “pages”) focused on helping you maximize efficiency within HealthSherpa. Pages are listed down the left-hand side of the Dashboard.
Home
The Home page is where you will find relevant notifications, news, reports, and helpful resources. You also have the option to make the Home page your default landing page when logging into your HealthSherpa for Agents account:
Clients
The ‘Clients’ page of your HealthSherpa for Agents dashboard contains consumers who have successfully applied for a plan. Agents may also assist consumers with their active renewals during Open Enrollment from the 'Clients' page. Learn more here.
Leads
The ‘Leads’ page contains consumers who have begun the quoting and enrollment process, but have not yet submitted an application or finalized their plan selection. Customers listed under your 'Leads' page will automatically move to your 'Clients' page after a successful plan submission takes place using your HealthSherpa for Agents account. Learn more here.
Exports
HealthSherpa provides you with access to reporting that contains various pieces of information depending on the export you choose to generate. Many of these reports are available at the agent-level from the Exports page. Once an export report has been generated, you'll be sent an email with a link to download the .csv export file. You may also access your exports history from the exports page. Learn more here.
Insights
The Insights page allows agents to view productivity within their HealthSherpa for Agents account.
Bonuses
Agents have various ways to earn bonus dollars for their enrollment activity within HealthSherpa. The Bonuses page is home to our Enrollee Assistance Program, Broker Bonuses, and a Medicare Referrals service. Visit your Bonuses page to learn more about these programs and about getting paid for eligible enrollments.
Marketing
Each HealthSherpa for Agents account includes a free, customizable direct marketing link designed to help you easily grow your book of business. When selected, your unique marketing link leads consumers to an enrollment website where consumers may quote to see available plans and even enroll! Your Marketing page is home to your unique link as well as customization tools. Learn more here.
Consent
HealthSherpa provides you with tools to capture, store, and manage both consumer consent & eligibility application review within your account. From the Consent page you can easily search for consumers, view and download consent, mark consent as revoked, and collect new consent when needed - you may even choose to collect consent before starting an application. Settings
The Settings page allows you to update account information, such as email address, password, FFM username, and agency-specific information.
Help icon
The Help icon is located within the top, right-hand corner of your HealthSherpa for Agents account. The Help icon is visible no matter where you are in the platform and houses several different resources:

Gear icon
The Gear icon is located within the top, right-hand corner of your HealthSherpa for Agents account. The Gear icon is visible no matter where you are in the platform and houses several different functionalities:
Support: Displays the phone number and email address for Agent Support, our standard hours of operation, as well as a link to our help center
Carrier: Manage your licensed states, appointed carriers, and EAP carriers within your HealthSherpa for Agents account
Español: Translate the platform into Spanish
Agent Terms: View the “HeathSherpa Agent Platform Global Terms of Use”
Log out: Log out of your HealthSherpa for Agents account
Start application, Search Marketplace, and Quote buttons
The "Search Marketplace" and "Start application" features allow you to search the Marketplace for existing subsidy applications, and bring them into your HealthSherpa Dashboard to service. You can also use these features to start a new subsidy application for consumers who may need to do so (e.g. move to a new state). Learn more here.
If your consumer wishes to see available plans and prices prior to beginning the subsidy portion of their application, you may leverage the Quote button. Learn more here.
