Learn about the Clients page within your HealthSherpa account

The ‘Clients’ page of your HealthSherpa for Agents dashboard contains consumers who have successfully applied for a plan. Agents may also assist a consumers with their active renewals during Open Enrollment from the 'Clients' page. Learn more about renewal pathways here.

Select any consumer's name to view more information. This will launch your consumers' Clients Details page.

Client Details page

Once you get to the Client Details page, you have access to information about your client, including:

  • Follow-ups: allows you to upload documents that may be required, and assist consumers in paying their binder payment to ensure coverage effectuates

  • Application: view primary contact information, status, and Agent of Record information

  • Plans: view the consumer's plan details, summary of benefits, identify the FFM application ID, effective date, and much more

  • Enrollment history: displays documentation detailing the consumers enrollment eligibility, plan name, effective date, subsidy amount, net premium, FFM ID, and the plan selection date

  • Consent records: view and manage consent records associated with your consumer

  • Marketplace notices: view any notices generated from the Marketplace. Types of notices include:

    • Eligibility Determination Results

    • 1095A forms

    • Insufficient Documentation notification

    • Reminders when follow-ups may be required

You can also edit an existing subsidy application and submit Changes in Circumstance from the Client Details page.

Your clients can log into their own HealthSherpa Consumer Dashboard to view their follow-ups and upload documents independently. Learn more about the Consumer Dashboard here.

Household Profile

You may also view additional information about the consumer's household by selecting the Household Profile tab.

The Household Profile view pulls together application records on the HealthSherpa platform by email and phone number. Household members and associated applications are referenced from the most-recently submitted FFM application that has been submitted on the HealthSherpa platform or Search and Claimed into the platform. In many cases, this will be a different application than what is shown on the client details page. Information included on the Household Profile tab are not visible to the consumer within the Consumer Dashboard.

Notes

From the Notes tab, agents may capture any relevant note about their interaction with the consumer over the course of many interactions. Notes included on the Notes tab are not visible to the consumer within the Consumer Dashboard.


Generating Client records

You can import existing Clients into your HealthSherpa for Agents account by downloading a unique CSV template, filling out the required fields, and uploading the document to your Clients dashboard. Learn more about importing Clients here.

A new Client record will be created within your HealthSherpa for Agents account when you claim an existing subsidy application into your dashboard or when a successful plan submission takes place for a Lead associated with your HealthSherpa for Agents account.

Additionally, each HealthSherpa for Agents account includes a free, customizable direct marketing link. When selected, your unique marketing link leads consumers to an enrollment website where consumers may quote to see available plans and even enroll. Learn more about using your marketing link here.


Exporting Client information

You can pull a report of your consumers and their details by using the HealthSherpa export reports. These reports are .csv files which contain various pieces of information depending on the export report you choose to generate. Learn more about available exports here.
