HealthSherpa is an Affordable Care Act (ACA) enrollment submission platform. ACA stands for the Affordable Care Act. The term ACA plans, or ACA, often refers to health plans intended for consumers who are not enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid.

HealthSherpa for Medicare is a separate enrollment platform where agents can shop, enroll, and support consumers enrolled in Medicare.

Agents can quickly switch between their HealthSherpa for ACA account and HealthSherpa for Medicare platform using the Candy box icon on the dashboard.

Step 1: Go to the dashboard

The HealthSherpa dashboard is the main starting point within any HealthSherpa for ACA account. The dashboard can look different depending on the account type an agent is using.

Step 2: Open the Candy box icon

Open the Candy box icon located in the top right corner of the HealthSherpa for ACA dashboard.

Step 3: Select the desired platform

From the Candy box icon, agents can navigate to the HealthSherpa for Medicare platform and return to the HealthSherpa for ACA account.

After selecting HealthSherpa for Medicare, the agent is prompted to create or log in to an existing HealthSherpa for Medicare account.

Agents can return to the HealthSherpa for ACA account from HealthSherpa for Medicare using the same steps.
