The Associates program lets agents earn bonuses when an associate submits Enrollee Assistance Program (EAP) enrollments.

Share a unique associate link with colleagues to invite them to HealthSherpa. The inviting agent can earn a bonus when an associate submits Enrollee Assistance Program (EAP) enrollments.

Associates program at a glance

The Associates program lets agents share a unique associate link inviting other agents to sign up for HealthSherpa.

When an agent creates an account using the associate link, they become the inviting agent’s associate. Associates get their own HealthSherpa account, and the inviting agent does not have access to the associate’s account.

The inviting agent is eligible for a bonus paid by HealthSherpa each time an associate submits an Enrollee Assistance Program (EAP) enrollment.


How to participate

Go to the Bonuses page, then choose the Associates tab.

Step 1: Select Invite agents now

Select Invite agents now to open the terms and conditions of the Associates program.

Step 2: Generate a unique associate link

Review & agree to the terms and conditions to generate a unique associate link.

Step 3: Share the associate link

Share the associate link with colleagues inviting them to sign up for HealthSherpa. When an agent creates a HealthSherpa account using the associate link, they become the inviting agent’s associate.

Each time an associate submits an Enrollee Assistance Program (EAP) enrollment, the inviting agent receives a $10 Associates bonus.


Tracking bonus payouts

Agents can track bonus payouts on the Bonuses page. Select the Associates tab to view the Your Associate payments dashboard.

To receive bonus payouts, agents must complete additional steps on the Bonuses page so that payments can be processed.


Frequently asked questions

Does the inviting agent get access to the associate’s account?

No. Associates get their own HealthSherpa account, and the inviting agent does not have access to the associate’s account.

Does the inviting agent know when associates create a HealthSherpa account?

No. The inviting agent is not alerted when an associate creates a HealthSherpa account. An associate only appears on the inviting agent’s Associates tab after the associate submits an EAP enrollment.
