If you are seeing this page, we are not able to sync your account with the Marketplace. Please read through the resolution steps below.
Ensure you are certified
To write on-exchange in FFM states, you must have an active FFM certification. To write on-exchange in Georgia, you must have an active Georgia certification. There may be a delay between certification and when it is present in our system.
Ensure your NPN is correct
Check if your have the correct NPN here. If you need to change your NPN, please contact Agent Support at (888) 684-1373
If writing for Georgia, ensure your NPN is on the certified agent list.
If you’re not on this list, verify you have the following
Valid licensure in SIRCON
Completed Georgia training
Have set up your Georgia Access portal account
Ensure your FFM username is correct
Ensure you integrate your HealthSherpa account to the correct FFM account. You can do this in the settings page. Your FFM Username is your User ID in portal.cms.gov. You can look that up here
Have you logged into the CMS portal lately?
CMS will lock your account if you haven't reset your CMS password in the past 60 days. To check, log in to portal.cms.gov. If a password reset is required, this is likely the issue. After resetting your password, your CMS account will be unlocked (this sometimes takes up to 24 hours). Then come back here and try again.
