Login to access your agent dashboard
To chat with an agent support representative, click on the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your dashboard.
From your dashboard, you can also access the support link from the gear icon in the top right corner.
This page allows you to access HealthSherpa’s FAQs, as well as the agent support phone number, hours of operation, and email address.
Note: During Open Enrollment, we will extend our hours of operation to 6am - 4:30pm Pacific Standard Time.
