The error page and red banner occur due to a technical issue at HealthSherpa and/or Healthcare.gov. To help us identify the issue, please reach out to agent_support@healthsherpa.com with the applicant’s first and last name and any details that may help us resolve the issue.

Important action: If an application has not been able to process for longer than 24 hours, or you are approaching a deadline, archive the application by clicking the archive button (trash can icon) and go directly to Healthcare.gov or call the Marketplace at 1-800-318-2596 to complete the enrollment.
