HealthSherpa Premier Partners

Premier Partner carriers share additional policy & payment data with HealthSherpa.

HealthSherpa offers partner carriers the opportunity to integrate data with the HealthSherpa platform. Carriers that provide this extra level of data are called Premier Partners.

Premier Partners at a glance

Premier Partner carriers provide HealthSherpa with automated policy & payment statuses year-round. This allows HealthSherpa to display the same payment information agents access through carrier payment portals.

When a consumer has a policy with a Premier Partner, agents can view more up-to-date policy & payment information directly in the HealthSherpa account. This can help agents identify consumers who may need payment or coverage follow-up.

Premier Partner data can help agents:

  • Monitor policy & payment statuses in the HealthSherpa account

  • Identify consumers with upcoming or past-due payments

  • Review additional policy details from the consumer record

  • Access the carrier payment portal when a premium payment is needed

Premier Partner data powers several features designed to make post-enrollment servicing more efficient.

Viewing Premier Partner data

The Details tab is the default view when an agent opens a consumer record from the Clients page.

From the Plans section, select the Premier Partner Data tab to view additional details shared by the Premier Partner carrier.

Plans supported by Premier Partners often display additional data such as:

  • Plan status

  • Plan effective date

  • Plan expiration date

  • Agent of Record

  • Payment status

  • Payment due date

  • Autopay status

When available, select Payment portal to access the carrier's payment portal and make payments.


Requesting Premier Partner data from a carrier

If Premier Partner data is not available for a carrier, agents can let HealthSherpa know they are interested in seeing it added.

To request Premier Partner data for a carrier, select Let them know you want it!

HealthSherpa will capture the interest and work with the carrier accordingly.
