As part of our commitment to security and flexibility, HealthSherpa has introduced roles and permissions for your Carrier-specific (i.e. White Label) dashboard.

These roles ensure you’re able to meet the varied needs of your organization without compromising data or functionality.

Types of Carrier-specific users

Carrier-specific agent

Carrier-specific HealthSherpa accounts display plans from a single-carrier when working on consumer enrollments. Agents wishing to create a Carrier-specific HealthSherpa account should reach out to their carrier contacts for instruction.

White Label admin user

This role allows access to everything in the White Label dashboard including branding, performance, and agent and application information. White Label admin users are also able to edit the roles of existing users.

Marketplace admin user

This role provides a data-only view and export access for Marketplace Pulse.

Support user

Users in a support role have access to the agent dashboard, are able to see and modify agent and application information, and manage SEP documentation.

Insights user

For those focused solely on performance, this role provides data-only access with a view of White Label metrics, applications, and Marketplace Pulse.
