How to Chat with Agent Support
To chat with an agent support representative, click on the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your dashboard.
From here, you can chat with our team or search through articles in our Resource Center for answers as well!
How to Call / Email Agent Support
From your dashboard, you can click on the Settings circle in the top right. From this drop-down menu, select "Support".
This takes you to our contact page, where you can access HealthSherpa’s FAQs, as well as the Agent Support phone number, hours of operation, and email address.
From your dashboard, you can also access the Help Center menu in the top right, which allows you to email or call Agent Support.
