How it works:
Access Healthcare.gov by using the “Search Marketplace” button available on your dashboard.
Once you have been redirected to the Healthcare.gov login page you will click the “Forgot password” link.
You will be redirected to portal.cms.gov to update your password. Click “Forgot password”.
Use your FFM username to begin updating your password through portal.cms.gov.
Note: It is recommended that you clear your cache and cookies after updating your CMS password, and manually type in your new password.
