Updating your CMS password

How it works: 

Login to access your agent dashboard 

Access Healthcare.gov by using the “Search Marketplace” button available on your dashboard to access the 'Search for an Application' screen. From here, select your client's state and click to 'Search at Healthcare.gov' on the right had side.

Once you have been redirected to the Healthcare.gov login page you will click the “Forgot password” link.

You will be redirected to portal.cms.gov to update your password. Click “Forgot password”.

Use your FFM username to begin updating your password through portal.cms.gov. 

Note: *It is recommended that you clear your cache and cookies after updating your CMS password*
