HealthSherpa Agent Support provides top-tier support for using the HealthSherpa for Agents platform.

How do I contact Agent Support?

Agent Support is open Monday through Friday 6:00am - 4:00pm PST (9:00am - 7:00pm EST) and can be reached by:

Our team can answer your feature questions, help you with technical issues, and provide support for common issues such as:

  • Resetting your password

  • Enabling EDE & FFM Account integration

  • Questions about your account settings

  • Application questions

  • Errors while using HealthSherpa for Agents

What information should I have available?

When contacting Agent Support, please have your name, NPN, email address affiliated with your HealthSherpa Account, description of the issue, and FFM Application ID if applicable. If you are reporting a bug or error, screenshots of the issue will help us troubleshoot.

How to chat with Agent Support

First, log in to access your agent dashboard.

Next, click on the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your dashboard.

Resources are available from your Agent Dashboard

You can always access the Support information from the gear icon in the top right corner of your Agent Dashboard.

This page allows you to access HealthSherpa’s FAQs, as well as the agent support phone number, hours of operation, and email address.
