Agency administrators can control email settings & customizations for direct downline agents at the agency level.

Email customization at a glance
Agents can customize branding and messaging within the marketing link in the HealthSherpa account. These customizations apply to the email notifications consumers receive.
Agency administrators can also manage these email customizations at the agency level for direct downline agents. This helps keep consumer and agent emails consistent across the agency.
How to customize emails
Administrators can customize email settings for direct downline agents from the Agency page.

From the Emails section, administrators can customize both client and agent email settings.
Use the drop-down menus to choose the settings for each client email. To enable an agent email, select the checkbox.
For some emails, administrators can allow agents to control the setting, force the email to remain enabled for all agents, or force the email to remain disabled for all agents.
If an administrator enables or disables an email for all agents, a message appears on the Settings page in each direct downline agent’s account.

To customize an email's signature, select View or edit email.
In the pop-up window, check the box to Use customized signature text.
Any edits made will apply to the signature of the selected email for all direct downline agents.
Administrators can also add bracket fields to the email signature to pull agent-specific information. Bracket fields can be used anywhere in the signature, and administrators can use one bracket field, multiple bracket fields, or none.
Only the bracket fields below are supported:
[Agent name]
[Agency name]
[Agency phone]
[Account email]
When an email is sent, any bracket fields included automatically populate with the agent’s information.
Select Save changes when finished making updates.
