You can upload documents for your client directly on your dashboard! Your clients can also log into their own HealthSherpa dashboard to upload documents independently (for more information on the client dashboard, click here)
How it works:
Click the "Clients" tab on the left, search for your client, and click on their name to view their details page.
Under the client's follow up list, click on the blue button in the 'Action' column.
Select the document type, find the file on your computer, & upload.
When your document is approved, the status on your client's follow up table will change to 'Completed'.
