Here are the two ways you can change plans:

  1. If the application's status is submitted already:
  2. Go to your Agent Dashboard
  3. Click on the applicant's name
  4. Click on the word Coverage in your client's Application details page.
  5. Click on the change plan button in the plan information card.
  6. Follow the steps to choose a different plan and finalize the new plan selection. 

OR

  1.  If the application's status is unfinished:
  2. Go to your Agent Dashboard
  3. Click on the applicant's name 
  4. Click Resume
  5. On the plan's confirmation page, click Change Plan button (below the back and continue button)
