HealthSherpa Agent Support provides top-tier support when using the HealthSherpa for Agents platform. Our team can answer your feature questions; help you with technical issues; and provide support for common issues like resetting your password, enabling EDE, integrating your FFM account, account settings, application questions and more.

Agent Support can be reached by:

Standard hours for Agent Support are Monday through Friday 6:00am - 5:00pm PST (9:00am - 8:00pm EST), while extended hours are common during the busy Open Enrollment Period.


Information to have on hand when reaching out to Agent Support

When contacting Agent Support, it is important to have certain details on hand so that our team can appropriately assist you. Agent Support team members will typically require your name, your NPN, the email address affiliated with your HealthSherpa account, a detailed explanation of why you’re seeking support, and any relevant FFM application IDs (if applicable). If you are reporting a bug or an error, screenshots of the issue (including any relevant URLs) will be especially useful when troubleshooting.


Using the Agent Support chat feature

During operating hours, you are able to chat with our Agent Support team directly from your HealthSherpa for Agents account. To chat with our team:

Check to confirm the chat team is online.

Step 3:

Select the chat icon located in the bottom right-hand corner of your dashboard.

Step 4:

Complete the fields within the chat pop-up window to initiate a chat with one of our Agent Support team members.


Viewing Agent Support information from your dashboard

You can access the contact information for Agent Support from your HealthSherpa for Agents dashboard using the help icon as well as the gear icon.

From the help icon, you can view the phone number for Agent Support, initiate an email to Agent Support, and see if our chat team is online.

Gear icon

You can also leverage the gear icon to access contact information for Agent Support. Selecting ‘Support’ from the gear icon menu will grant you visibility.

The Support page displays the phone number and email address for Agent Support, our standard hours of operation, as well as a link to our help center.
