Application Sync allows agency admins with active consent to quickly sync an application from CMS using our new dedicated sync list—making it easier to refresh policies and keep your book of business up to date.
What This Feature Does
This tool provides a streamlined list of the agency's applications, allowing agency admins to request a CMS sync by simply hovering over a client’s name. It removes the need to update policies one by one, saving time and improving operational efficiency.
Why It Matters
Agencies often need to refresh hundreds of policies to maintain accurate records and run an efficient business. This feature helps admins manage their book faster and more effectively, reducing the manual work.
Where to Find It
You can access the sync list directly from the Agency Page under the “Tasks” tab.
How It Works
With active consent, on the sync list, hover your cursor over any client’s line.
A CMS sync will be automatically requested, and the line will turn green with the status “Sync Requested". Syncs may take up to 1 hour to complete.
3. Once you’ve reviewed the entire page, scroll to the bottom and click the button to pull a new list of applications to sync.
Note: The list will include all applications in your book, from oldest to newest, except for EDE-revoked apps, which will not appear.
Frequently asked questions
Will this sync reflect on the agent's client table and any other agents using full/shared book?
Yes, once the application has been sync'd it will update the application and system wide.
Is this list displaying only my direct agency or my entire downline subagencies included?
This list is for the entire downline, subagencies included.
Will this sync update the agent's export and the agency's?
Yes, sync'd information would update in our system and export for both the agent and the agency.
Will this sync update all relevant in product reports?
Yes, this sync will apply system wide.
