The Application sync task view lets agency administrators request individual Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) data syncs between the Marketplace and HealthSherpa on behalf of their downline.

Application sync at a glance
The Application sync task view displays applications across the agency’s book. With consent, administrators can request updated data syncs between the Marketplace and HealthSherpa by hovering over a consumer's record.
This can be useful for agencies that need to refresh large volumes of application data to maintain accurate records and support day to day workflows. The Application sync task view removes the need to open applications one by one by allowing administrators to trigger individual sync requests directly from the list while the sync completes in the background.
The list is sorted by last sync date. When an application is synced, it moves to the bottom of the list.
The Application sync task view includes all applications in the agency’s book except applications where EDE access has been lost.
How to sync applications
Administrators can request an application sync directly from the Application sync task view on the Agency page.

With consent, administrators can request a sync by hovering over a consumer row.
After the request is made, the row updates to show Sync requested. Syncs may take up to 1 hour to complete.
After reviewing the current list, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Refresh to show more to view additional applications.
Frequently asked questions
Will application syncs reflect on the agent’s Clients page?
Yes. Once an application is synced, updated data displays for agency administrators, the writing agent, and agents who have been granted shared book or full book access to the application.
Will application syncs update data within HealthSherpa exports?
Yes. Once an application is synced, updated data displays within all in-platform reports and exports for agency administrators and the writing agent.
If more than one administrator is syncing records, will they be syncing different applications or duplicating their efforts?
The list is sorted by last sync date. When an application is synced, it moves to the bottom of the list.
The list does not update in real time if two administrators are viewing it at the same time. This means two administrators could request syncs for the same application.
