How to update your email or phone number
Log in to your HealthSherpa account.
Go to Account Settings or Profile from your dashboard.
Update your email address and/or phone number.
Save your changes.
If you no longer have access to your old email
If you can’t log in because you no longer have access to the email on file, contact our Consumer Support team. We’ll verify your identity and securely update your account information.
