If you’re already logged in and want to change your password, you can do it directly from your HealthSherpa account settings.
Steps to update your password
Log in to your HealthSherpa account.
Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Enter your current password, then create and confirm your new password.
Click Save & update.
Tips for creating a strong password
Use at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Avoid using passwords you’ve used elsewhere.
