Steps to reset your password
Go to the HealthSherpa login page at https://www.healthsherpa.com/sessions/new
Click Forgot password?
Enter the email address you used to create your account (this will be the email address used on your insurance application).
Check your email inbox for a reset link (this may take a few minutes) and will come from no_reply@healthsherpa.com
Click the link and create your new password.
First-time login
If this is your first time logging in, you’ll also use the “reset” link to set up your password. After that, you can log in normally with your email and new password.
If you don’t see the email
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you entered the same email tied to your HealthSherpa account.
If you still don’t get the email, try again or contact our Support team.
