How can I change my client's plan?

There are two ways to change plans, depending on the status of the application:

If the application has already been submitted:

1. Log into your HealthSherpa agent account
2. Click on the applicant's name from your Client’s tab
3. Under the ‘Coverage 2019’ window, you can click on “Change Plan”

5. This will take you back to the ‘Plan Results’ page where you can see all the plans available to that client
6. From there, you can choose the plan the client would like to change to and click “Enroll” to finalize it


If the application has not been submitted:

  1. Log in to your HealthSherpa agent dashboard

  2. Click on the applicant's name and then click the “Resume” button

  3.  After clicking resume, you will end up on the ‘Confirm Your Plan’ page

  4. On the plan's confirmation page, you can scroll down to the bottom and click the dark blue button that says “Change plan” 

  5. This will take you to the ‘Plan Results’ page, where you can select the plan you would like to enroll the client in and click “Enroll” in order to finalize it
