Start by clicking "Clients" on the left, search for the client, and click on their name to view their details.
Under the follow up table, click "Pay"
This will redirect you to the carrier's payment portal, where you can assist your client in completing their first premium payment. After the initial payment via the follow ups table on HealthSherpa, the client will need to make future payments with the carrier directly.
Note: If the carrier does not have a payment integration set up with HealthCare.gov, we will provide the payment phone number or website for that particular carrier.
