How it works:
For applications with EDE enabled, click on your "Clients" tab, search for the client, and click on their name.
You can click "Report changes" from the top of the page, or from the client table further down the page.
Click "Update" once more, and you'll then be taken to an overview of the information entered on your client's application. Click "Edit" on the section in which you'd like to report a change.
This will drop you into the application, where you will report the change, and submit again with the new information.
