How it works: 

To begin a new application, click on “Quote” in the upper right corner. 

Input client’s zip code, age, and household information.

Choose a plan by clicking on “Enroll Now”.

Complete application for client. You will be prompted to upload their verification document after submitting. 

You can also upload documents at a later time by clicking "Clients", searching for the client, and clicking on their name to view their details.  From the follow ups table, click on the blue button under the Action column to upload required documentation.

You can also view a list from of acceptable types of documentation to upload.

Important note: Proof of loss of coverage documentation will need to be uploaded and approved by before the application becomes active. Once active, payment must be made in order for the policy to go into effect.
