You can upload follow-up documents for your client directly on your dashboard. Your clients can also log into their own HealthSherpa dashboard to upload documents independently (for more information on the client dashboard, click here)

How it works:
Click the "Clients" tab on the left, search for your client, and click on their name.

Under the 'Your follow-ups' section, click 'Verify' on the document you want to upload.

Select the document type, find the file on your computer, & upload.

When your document is approved, you will see 'Complete' in the 'Your follow-ups' section.
