From your dashboard, access your settings by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner.
The “Support” section includes FAQ's, Agent Support contact information, and hours of operation.
The “Setting” section allows you to update account information, such as email address and password, FFM username and NPN, and agency-specific information.
The “Carriers” section allows you to update the states you are licensed in, and the carriers you are appointed with.
*Note: Applications processed with carriers that are left unchecked will be processed as a referral application when the referral setting is set to “On”. Learn more about referrals by clicking here.
