Access the “Clients” or “Leads” tab and select “Import” on the right-hand side of the screen.

Note: Client and lead imports use separate templates, so please ensure that you are on the appropriate tab when using your import feature.

Download our CSV template and fill with your client/lead information. The required fields are listed on Step 2 of the pop-up. Once this template is filled out, you can upload it by selecting the file & clicking "Import CSV".
