Enrollment information can be exported from both the Applications tab and from the Insights Tab.
In the Clients tab, click on the Export button on the right hand side of the screen. If you set a filter on your Clients tab prior to clicking the Export button, the applications that you see with the filter set will be the only ones that appear on the csv file.
You can also export your leads information by clicking on the Export button on the right hand side of the screen below the filter options. This will also generate a csv file that with contain the lead's name and contact information (if saved when the lead was first generated) along with other information collected during the quoting process.
If the export file is small enough, the csv file will automatically download to your downloads folder. If the export file is large, the csv file will be emailed to the email address on the HealthSherpa account. Please check your junk and spam folders. If no export file is sent within 30 minutes, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the first and last name on your agent account.
