Because of the way has set up their system, you may experience this specific issue. There are a few ways that you can log into from your HealthSherpa Agent Dashboard:

  1. Click on the Access Marketplace button towards the top-right hand corner of your HealthSherpa Agent Dashboard. This will prompt you to select the state that the application is for, then will have you log in to using your agent FFM credentials. 
  2. Click on the name of the client whose application you need to work on in your HealthSherpa Agent Dashboard's Application page. This will open up your client's Application details page. Below the client's contact information, you will see a blue Access in button. Clicking on this will prompt you to log in to using your agent FFM credentials.
  3. Try starting a new application on HealthSherpa to gain access to (ie, log into HealthSherpa agent account, run a quote for the client that you need to assist, select the same plan that they are enrolled in and start a new application, log into with your agent FFM username, then look up that client's application).

Important: Do not use the blue Access button from a different client's application details page to access a separate client's Marketplace application. If you do this, when you work on your current client, it will overwrite that client's information on return.
