To disassociate your agent account from an agency, we advise creating a new HealthSherpa agent account.

If you want all the same client applications and information moved onto your independent account, HealthSherpa would need to verify who keeps the book of business with your former agency’s administrator. We would require a representative from your former agency to email us to allow the disassociation. This is for security purposes.

Please note: You may also use our export feature to produce a csv file for your book of business from your current HealthSherpa account. We also plan to launch an Import function on your dashboard so you can import your book of business onto your new dashboard. We will send out mass-communication to our agent users as soon as this feature is available.
